AAAC stands for All Aluminium Alloy Conductor. It is a type of concentric-lay-stranded overhead conductor made entirely from aluminium alloy wires, typically 6201-T81 (Al-Mg-Si alloy). AAAC is known for its superior strength-to-weight ratio, better corrosion resistance, and higher conductivity compared to ACSR (Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced).

AAAC is widely used in power distribution and transmission where high strength, low weight, and corrosion resistance are important.

 

APPLICATION
