ASTM-compliant Aerial Bundled Cables (ABC) are low-voltage, overhead distribution cables engineered for improved safety, ease of installation, and reduced maintenance in residential, utility, and municipal power systems. Designed for voltages up to 600 volts phase-to-phase, ABC systems consist of multiple aluminum conductors individually insulated and twisted into duplex, triplex, or quadruplex assemblies.
The system includes options for full-size or reduced-size neutral messengers, made from AAC, ACSR, or 6201 aluminum alloy, with phase conductors made from hard-drawn 1350-H19 aluminum, alloyed aluminum, or steel-reinforced aluminum. These are insulated with UV-stabilized XLP or HDPE for outdoor performance.
