Description

The 15kV Concentric Neutral Cable (100% Insulation Level - 0.175") with Full Neutral is a medium-voltage power cable designed for grounded systems. It features a thermoset insulation (XLPE or EPR), a bonded conductor shield, a semi-conductive insulation shield, and a helically wound full-size bare copper concentric neutral with an optional outer jacket.

  • Voltage Rating: 15,000 Volts (15kV)

  • Insulation Level: 100% (for solidly grounded systems)

  • Insulation Thickness: 0.175 inch (4.45 mm)

  • Neutral Configuration: Full-size concentric neutral (equal to conductor ampacity)

  • Temperature Rating: 90°C (normal), 130°C (emergency), 250°C (short circuit)

  • For ungrounded or impedance-grounded systems, use 133% insulation level (≈ 0.220").
