Aluminum XHHW-2 Building Wire - 600V, XLPE Insulated, UL Listed

The Aluminum XHHW-2 cable is a durable and cost-effective building wire used primarily for power distribution and feeder circuits. Constructed with compact stranded AA-8000 series aluminum alloy conductors and insulated with tough, heat- and moisture-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), it is suitable for use in both wet and dry locations. Rated at 600 volts and 90°C, it offers excellent electrical performance and mechanical protection for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

 

XHHW-2 is approved for installation in conduit, raceways, and recognized cable systems per the National Electrical Code, and is sunlight-resistant for sizes 6 AWG and larger.
