Description:

SHD-GC 25kV is a heavy-duty, shielded power cable designed for high-voltage transmission in rugged mining and industrial environments. It includes power conductors, insulated ground wires, and a ground check conductor for equipment grounding integrity monitoring. The cable is shielded to suppress EMI and improve safety, and typically features an extra tough outer jacket for mechanical protection.

Insulation EPR (Ethylene Propylene Rubber) - High dielectric strength, ozone/heat resistant
Insulation Shield Semiconductive tape + metallic shielding (copper tape or braid) on each conductor
Ground Conductors 1 or more insulated copper grounds, helically laid
Ground Check Conductor Yellow insulated smaller copper wire, used for ground integrity monitoring
