This 35mm² and 50mm² Single Core CU/PVC/PVC Low Voltage Power Cables, manufactured according to IEC 60502-1, and designed for fixed installations in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems.

These cables are built with high-purity stranded copper conductors, flame-retardant PVC insulation, and durable PVC outer sheathing, ensuring excellent electrical performance, safety, and reliability in indoor or protected outdoor installations.

Cable Structure and Composition

  • Conductor: Class 2 stranded bare copper (IEC 60228)

  • Insulation: PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), color-coded or numbered cores

  • Filler: Non-hygroscopic filler to maintain circular shape

  • Binder Tape: Optional polyester tape wrapping

  • Outer Sheath: PVC (black or grey as standard)

  • Core Arrangement: 3 cores laid up together concentrically

  • Voltage Rating: 0.6/1kV (600/1000V)

  • Installation: Fixed laying in conduit, ducts, or trays
