Description

The 28kV Concentric Neutral Cable, Full Neutral, 100% Insulation Level (0.280") is a shielded medium-voltage power cable used in utility and industrial underground distribution. It features a stranded conductor (copper or aluminum), thermoset insulation (typically XLPE or EPR), a full-size concentric neutral of helically wound bare copper wires, and an optional protective outer jacket.

  • Voltage Rating: 28,000 volts (28kV)

  • Insulation Thickness: 0.280 inch (7.11 mm)

  • Insulation Rating: 100% - for solidly grounded systems

  • Neutral Configuration: Full-size concentric copper neutral wires
